Let me take a moment to introduce myself! My name is Kristy Sherrod and I am the founder of Ethos Consulting Agency. This business came to fruition out of a noticeable need for more personalized leadership and organizational development consulting and training for both small businesses and individuals outside of the “big business” corporate consultants. I’ve worked with various organizations and individuals for the past 15 years in this capacity in my own career as an educator and on my own when asked. After completing my doctoral degree in Organizational Change & Leadership from the University of Southern California in 2020, I had the desire to begin the steps to found my own business that would meet this business need. Ethos Consulting Agency is the result of many years of work and dedication to learning the best practices for leadership styles and organizational change. Although my experience in leadership training and organizational change lies in the fields of law and education, I worked with other individuals and organizations using the same steps and strategies to help them develop both current and aspiring leaders and evaluate their organizations for effective leadership and management practices. I am based in the Jackson, Tennessee, area but am willing to travel and have virtual consolations if you are outside of this area.
